หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Position: Serviced Engineer and Technical department manager

(Dental Laser, Electronic and Medical Equipment)

Working time: 9:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday

Full Time and Permanent.

Office: Ratchaphruek Road, Talingchan, Bangkok, 10170 (Near to Suanpak Road)

- Able to work mainly in Bangkok and sometimes upcountry area to support sales team and customer request

- Able to go abroad to participate in product training, such as, in USA, EU, and Korea.

- Able to organize the product presentation directly to doctors in hospitals and university

- Maintains, repairs, and performs calibration on Dental Laser and Medical Equipment.

- Provide training and demonstrate products to clients and sales team.

- Performs preventative maintenance and after sales service on all equipment

- Collaborate between suppliers (in English) and customers in Thailand to find out the solutions and repair services including to order the parts to replace for all laser and equipment.

- Contacts manufacturing representative for repair instructions and on-site assistance to clients.

- Leading new business development to support sales team to achieve the sales target.

คุณสมบัติ

Qualification:

- Not over 35-year-old

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in electronics technology, computer electronics, or medical product engineering.

- Good command of written and spoken English. Must communicate with manufacturing representatives and engineers in English for repair instruction and after-sales service.

- 5+ above year experience as a Service Engineer, Technical Business Development, Technical Sales Manager, especially in high tech medical or electronic products.

- Willing to travel both to Bangkok and the Upcountry area as requested by sales team and clients.

- Flexible schedule with ability to work on weekend and upcountry

- Proficient in Computer Knowledge and Program installations

- Must organize the product presentation to clients so presentation skills are the must and should have very good skills in Power Point and Microsoft office.

- Have a car and good driving skills with a license.

Benefits:

- Salary in range from 35,000 – 70,000 THB based on experience and capability.
