- Manage registrations in systems such as DIW for HSCA, TISI, and other relevant authorities.
- Oversee document management for IV.PK, Bills of Lading (BL) for customers and forwarders, including reviewing, revising, and re-issuing documents as needed.
- Handle import declarations and related compliance documentation.
- Manage SBO and WMS registrations for export and domestic deliveries.
- Oversee the export of non-finished goods as per customer requirements.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in the logistics field preferred. New graduates are also welcome.
- Knowledge of SAP, PLC, and WMS systems would be an advantage.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
