Work closely with hiring managers to fulfill the position in Mass Recruitment, particularly in Collections, Customer Services and Credit Approval.
Prepare and post jobs to effective channels
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens to create a shortlist of qualified candidates and arrange interview appointments
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Prepare the approval email, employment documents and other recruitment administrative tasks
Manage weekly and monthly recruitment report for hiring Manager and Head of HR
Other tasks as assigned
