Test & Commissioning and Document Support:
- Prepare commissioning reports for inspection, including drawings, checklists or document requirements and inform the commissioning engineer or leader to complete the report.
- Conduct testing with commissioning leader and follow the schedule activities.
- Organize and maintain commissioning documents (inspection reports, checklists, punch lists, verification records).
- Ensure documents are properly versioned, stored, and archived in a Document Management System (DMS) like Procore, Aconex, or SharePoint.
- Ensure the document approval process is followed, with relevant stakeholders reviewing, updating, and signing off on commissioning documents.
Coordination with Commissioning Teams:
- Collaborate with commissioning engineers, project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather data and ensure timely document submission.
- Track the status of commissioning documents and highlight any delays or issues in approval and progress.
- Assist in generating final handover packages.
Quality Control and Compliance:
- Ensure commissioning documents and drawings meet compliance standards and are accurate and consistent.
- Track open issues and ensure they are properly addressed and documented.
