- Design & deliver technical training programs — from e-learning and workshops to hands-on labs and documentation.
- Translate complex mechanical/electronics concepts into clear, practical, and inspiring content.
- Collaborate with engineering leaders and production leader to identify skill gaps and align training with emerging technologies and business goals.
- Coach & mentor engineers & technician, supporting their career growth and on-the-job performance.
- Measure impact by defining metrics, analyzing feedback, and continuously improving the learning experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Education (Electronics | Electrical | Mechatronics) is highly preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in technical training or fresh graduates with a proven passion for teaching and knowledge-sharing.
- Strong foundation in electronics engineering principles.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills — able to explain complex topics with clarity and energy.
- Naturally motivated to coach, mentor, and help others grow.
- Organized and able to manage multiple training projects in parallel.
- Strong command of English (written & spoken). JLPT certification is a big plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as CAD, simulation software, LMS, or e-learning authoring tools.
