• Preferably a Commercial degree at Master’s level from a Business School or relevant University
• Experience in dealing with SEA Retail business environment, with a good understanding of retail chain dynamics and a proven experience of Distributor and Key Account Management as well as a track record for creating profitable growth
• Proven results with growing profitable business units, driving change and conducting turnaround projects
• Experience in building and developing new business areas within an organization.
• Experience in Sales & Marketing activities across the SEA region
• Results-oriented and taking responsibility for achieving goals
• Demonstrate personal leadership and people development strengths, with an open communication style and a proven record in leading successful change
• Inherent ability to prioritize issues and maintain focus in a fact-driven and complex environment
