• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related fields. MBA is preferable.
• At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in sales, or credit, or finance related functions. Possess experience in commercial bank lending is a plus.
• Able to exploit both sales and financial skills.
• Possess good leadership, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, energetic, hardworking, good service-minded, and teamwork-oriented.
• Able to travel extensively nationwide and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Computer literate e.g. Microsoft Office.
