
- Bachelor’s Degree or demonstrable experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in a front line customer service sales role.
- Good communication skills, such as listening and understanding customers’ requirements.
- Ability to think across many business areas.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, to influence customers to buy from the company.
- Computer fluency, MS office, and SAP.
- Good team working to deliver results.
- Self-starter/motivator, good planning, and organizations.
- Can focus on the end result and gain maximum advantage for the company.
- Technical knowledge is an advantage.
- English competencies in both writing and speaking.
