- Bachelor's degree or above, majored in Electromechanical, or Electronics is preferred.
- At least 3 years work experience on product, equipment or process development for electrical-mechanical product system.
- Understanding to ESD control and inspection will be plus.
- Logical and creative thinking through new product introduction, process troubleshooting.
- Understanding of mechanical GD&T, Engineering drawing, familiar with generic materials and manufacturing process.
- Good communication and team player to drive projects, coordinate resources and resolve issues.
- Experience/ability to work in an international team necessary.
