A minimum of 10+ years in a leading position in a similar multinational, multi-country logistics operations;
Team-Leader and able to motivate subordinates to excellence and delivery of required levels of quality and on-time performance;
Highly skilled in training and development;
A highly skilled professional with continuous knowledge update through research, subscribing to publications, regular vendor interaction and anticipate market conditions and changes;
Experience in developing logistics strategies and developing business relationship with key shipping lines;
Experience dealing with carrying and forwarding agents, ISO tank providers and domestic transporters to get competitive rates and contribute to margin;
Experience in monitoring changes in the market and bring it to the attention of top management to implement the necessary steps to adapt and minimise negative effects;
