To set up production process, machine and equipment readiness, manpower plan, perform and improve production capacity as build plan including productivity project.
Troubleshoot and resolve daily manufacturing issues/problems Ensuring that health and safetyregulations are met.
Analyze root cause, corrective and preventive action in process.
Improve manufacturing process.
Design and implement new work cells for new products.
Develop and implement Productivity and Engineering projects.
Design appropriate jigs, fixtures and tooling to support production cell.
Set up maintenance program for machine/equipment.
Actively participate and lead Kaizen event.
Maintain Quality management system and production compliance audit.
