Responsibilities
Manage People : Lead the maintenance teams and organise delegation
Manage the training and development programs
Conduct annual appraisals, salary review, career interviews, planning succession & provide feedback
Manage standards : Ensure enforcement of health, safety and environmental rules
Manage continuous improvement : Lead Kaizen activities or projects to improve the maintenance field
Manage the maintenance department budget
Requirements
Engineering degree with technical skills and background (preferred automotive)
Experience in complex assembly machine. Such as pneumatic, PLC, End of Line Tester and SMT line
At least 15 years in industrial, process, or maintenance activities as well as 3 years in managerial skills
Lean & Kaizen knowledge
Good command of English and Thai
