We are seeking a highly qualified Customer Service Hub Manager to join the team. This is a crucial role to ensure the highest level of professional customer service throughout the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all teams provide a high level of professional customer service, including estimates, order processing, and handling commercial complaints
- Ensure that team KPIs are met and, in case of deviations, implement countermeasures
- Provide services to all stakeholders
- Increase collaboration with Shared Service Centers (SSC)
- Ensure that the commercial customer service team is always available to support clients, process quotations and orders on schedule, and handle commercial complaints
- Maintain frequent communication with company leadership: perspective and recommendations on critical decision-making
- Regularly collaborate with the Head Office
- Continuously improve commercial sales operations to adapt to changing market conditions
- Establish standardised service agreements across departments and nations
- Enhance efficiency and productivity through continuous process improvement and the introduction of new processes
- Stay up-to-date with market trends in customer contact and support methods, tools, and systems
