- Maintain a good work ethic and work closely with Account Owner.
- Support to quality potential customer to Account Owner
- Answer all customer email inquiries promptly to resolve any complaint or issue while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Actively update costs and selling rates in coordinate with Account Owner
- Actively quote within KPI based on customer enquiries/requirement
- Procurement of costs: Overseas contact for rate request after get information from Account Owner.
- Work with company ticketing system according to given SOP until ticket is closed.
