We are looking for a Sales Agent Growth Manager to expand, manage, and optimize our sales agent network. This role is responsible for recruiting, training, and driving the performance of insurance agents to ensure business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in agent recruitment, sales training, and performance management in the insurance or financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Agent recruitment and expansion by identifying, attracting, and onboarding new insurance agents to grow FairDee’s sales force
- Performance management by monitoring agent performance, setting KPIs, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales effectiveness
- Retention and engagement by building strong relationships with agents, ensuring high retention rates through motivation, incentives, and continuous support
- Sales strategy and execution by working with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with FairDee’s growth objectives
- Market insights and analysis by analyzing sales data and market trends to provide insights that optimize agent performance and improve sales outcomes
- Process improvement by streamlining agent management processes and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
