- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Verify time attendance record to the system
- Provide document for agent for process of hiring Burmese staff
- Inform New staff and resign staff to social security fund
- Organize Staff activity such as CSR, Staff party etc.
- Prepare document to support legal agency for work permit, visa extension, stay longer than 90 days for foreigner manager
- Provide HR document for ISO activities and audit
- Other as assigned
