With an international management team, you will be reporting directly to the Director of the battery division, enabling fast decision-making and agile execution.
We operate with small, dedicated teams and a culture that values innovation, accountability, and problem-solving. Experience in the AUTOMOTIVE field, preferably batteries and spare parts is a plus but not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new export markets and high-potential prospects.
• Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into long-term clients.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare tenders, quotations, and sales reports.
• Represent the company at international exhibitions and client meetings (travel expected about once per month).
• Collaborate with the Sales Director and team to achieve business goals.
• Track and report monthly sales volume and progress toward targets.
• Submit timely and accurate weekly sales reports and market feedback.
