Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns for restaurant channels to enhance customer engagement and sales.
Coordinate the creation and distribution of promotional materials, point-of-sale (POS) displays, and marketing assets.
Develop and execute marketing strategies for restaurant brands to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Work with restaurant partners to support localized marketing activities, including loyalty programs and in-store events.
Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, monitor competitors, and identify trends relevant to restaurant operations.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
Maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing resources.
Ensure all marketing initiatives align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent image across channels.
