Basic Salary Range: 200,000 THB
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage Compensation, Benefits and Welfares of Employees
• Manage recruitment & selection processes in order to attract high qualify candidates to the organization.
• Effectively setting, managing and monitoring labor cost budget and headcount to be under plan.
• Managing all compensation, benefit and welfare system to be as a tool for employees’ motivation and retention.
• Managing training & development plan in order to develop and skill up employees in all levels.
• Manage performance appraisal system, annual increment, bonus payment and promotion system to be as a tool for employee development and motivation.
• Managing and keep updating employee’s working rule and regulations.
• Planning and implementing the employee relations strategy with all employees and the labor union.
• Managing all Labor issues for both internal and external.
• Conduct negotiation meeting between labor union and the company.
