หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Design, Plan, Implement network and security system such as Router, L2-L3 Switch, Wireless, Firewall, IDS/IPS, Load balancer, Storage Systems

• Maintain, Optimize, troubleshooting and resolve system and network infrastructure to meet SLA

• Troubleshooting, Diagnosing and resolving hardware/software and other network and system problem

• Interact and negotiation with vendors outsource

• On-call support during non-office hours and respond within SLA

• Communication and coordinating with oversea Engineer

• Should be able to lead, direct and manage the workload for a small team by distributing work and delegation of tasks as per priority

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT or related fields

• More than 3 years experience in LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, IPS, Firewall, Router and Switch configuration etc

• Knowledge of Network Security, Firewall, Data communication

• Strong hardware troubleshooting and network diagnostic skills

• Customer service and communication skill

• Good communication skill and team working

• To perform in planning, deploying, monitoring all servers and network systems

• Experienced in Servers and Storages implementation will be an advantage

• Able to work in a team environment

• Excellent command of spoken and written Thai

• Good in English communication
