Responsibilities
Position Overview/Primary Purpose
Under the direction of the Sr. Engineering Manager.
1. Responsible for overall performance of technician team to meet the objectives of safety, quality, GMP's and production quantity in time by maximize machine efficiency, machines downtime as well as preventive maintenance program effectiveness.
2. Overview the execution preventive maintenance for the entire machine lists for Cleaning ,Sterilization and Milling of Spice.
3. Improvement machines of processing line to increase performance and improve the loss
Follow and obey the requirements specified by the company, with awareness and emphasis on quality and safety of products together with report irregularities that may affect food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Overview daily routine / operating / corrective action / emergencies, break-downs, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes equipment and machinery
Support to solve the technical problems on the manufacturing processes equipment and machinery to ensures the goods delivery supply to plant production
Handling technician daily routine by coordinating with all stakeholders – All users, Safety, Quality, GMP&HACCP, BRC, standard requirement with other global teams, suppliers in term of technical details to complete the trouble issues in time and budget
Set up the calibrate or adjust program for manufacturing processes equipment, machinery, and instruments so that it complies with specifications or instructions
People development - develop the technician team and train/identify training needs to the team so they can be high performance team
Controlling overall plant basic safety, sanitation, machine & structural comply to GMP & HACCP, BRC
Support plant CAAP / JTE / Safety and/or other improvement execution work
