


- Driving market share and revenue performance
- Providing guidance to our Sales team on rates and group pricing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop overall and individual pricing strategies, using relevant market segments and distribution channels
- Proactively initiates appropriate and timely promotions working closely with our Marketing team
- Coordinates and manages inventory and pricing strategies in all distribution channels ensuring optimization
- Providing accurate profitability analysis
- Previous experience in a similar role (min. 7 years)
- Hospitality industry background/awareness
- Meticulous eye for detail along with the ability to work under pressure
- Clear demonstration of business acumen
- Experience of use with a Property Management System (PMS) advantageous
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
