Identify key customer experience preferred by target group and ensure that TMB could deliver those experiences to Commercial Banking customers.
Conceptually develop new products / services to serve customer need and competitive with market by using customers’ insights in all aspects of their businesses, as well as market and competitor insights.
Thoroughly understand external environment and movement of the industry that may have an impact to Commercial Banking market landscape which may affect Commercial Banking performance, and collaborate with Commercial Banking Relationship Management team on implementation plan in response to the changes.
Design and develop Service and Relationship model in order to effectively and efficiently serve Commercial Banking customers to ensure that existing customers will stay longer within TMB
Design Sale Service Model and Sale Management Process and collaborate with Sales Management to regularly follow up the performance and get feedback from front-line teams to ensure smooth implementation and adjustments.

At least 3 years of experience in Banking/Marketing Strategy, Product Strategy/Planning, Research, Business Consulting firm, Customer Insight
This position requires Business acumen, Analytical, Strategic and structural thinking, Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, Presentation. Ability to work as part of a team and cope with pressure and challenges and project management skill
English proficiency
Master Degree and banking experience will be advantage
