Scope 1 - Be the Research Center for TMB application and Marketing Online Panel
- Handle and built questionnaire for online marketing panel platform. Connect with marketing team on how to research using the online panel.
- Manage outsource research and able to do quick fieldwork for TMB app, know deeply about the application insight.
- Assist CX team on NPS Score & digital CX score (TMB will teach this skill)
Scope 2 - Experience design research (needs to go to fieldwork)
- Deliver customer experience analysis for all bank products
- Crunch out experience improvement opportunity
- Assist with experience design and journey design
