- Manage R&D functional objective to develop packaging materials to meet with customer requirements and quality standards.
- Initiate projects and feasibility study in product development and service.
- Lead a cost comparison and analysis on the development of a new product along with other functions.
- Work across functions with operations, sales, and marketing teams or new business to drive the growth of business based on commercial practice.
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Technology or higher or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in packaging development in consumer products such as cosmetic, personal care, home care
- Good command in Thai and English communication and presentation skills
- Have the proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, Internet
