Position: Head of Services Operation Management

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of service delivery operations
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient, high-quality and profitable
• Lead and manage service operations teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with relevant standards and regulations
• Optimize service delivery processes to reduce costs, and enhance efficiency
• Develop and manage the service operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing profitability
• Maintain appropriate internal controls
Job Descriptions:
• Leading and planning the strategics vision to execute the operational plans and align with the company’s overall business objectives
• Identify opportunities for services and growth and earn profitability
• Collaborate with other BUs to ensure seamless integration of services
• Develop KPIs and metrics to track and analyze services operations performances
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to utilize data analysis and process mapping techniques to identify bottlenecks and areas of optimization
• Monitor financial performance against budget and develop pricing strategies for services, considering cost, market conditions and competitive landscape
• Ensure service operations comply with relevant industry regulations, standards, and company policies
• Identify and mitigate operational risks related to service delivery
• Recruit, identify, evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and partners involved in service delivery to negotiate contracts and monitor performance
