• Assist with general documentation tasks related to welfare programs
• Support the Welfare team in day-to-day operations and employee services
• Help organize and manage Education Welfare programs for employees’ children
• Coordinate annual health check-up activities for employees
• Assist in processing and managing scholarship applications for employees’ children
• Support distribution and management of employee uniforms
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company welfare policies
• Assist at the welfare shop for Nissan merchandise items sale
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
