- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain system design documents, including process flows and use cases
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions are designed and implemented according to specifications
- Test and validate software solutions to ensure they meet requirements and are user-friendly
- Provide support and training to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals and training materials
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in system analysis and design
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 0 - 6 years of experience in system analysis or a related field
- Experience with system design tools and methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
