
1 Manage and oversee sales performance for both domestic and international OEM/ODM clients
2 Negotiate sales terms, present new product offerings, and follow up on customer orders
3 Provide sales insights to support product strategy and market positioning aligned with target groups
4 Review pricing, costing, and product details before final confirmation with customers
5 Coordinate with Merchandising and Product Development teams to ensure product accuracy and on-time delivery
6 Act as a liaison between Sales, Production, QA, and Purchasing teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
7 Gather insights on new products, fashion trends, and customer requirements
8 Collaborate with the Design and Product Development teams to plan new product lines
1 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
2 Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales Manager or similar role
3 Proven experience in sales within the jewelry or fashion OEM/ODM industry
4 Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
5 Good command of English, both written and spoken
6 Knowledge or experience in product development, purchasing, or project management will be a strong advantage
