
Presales for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP Solutions

• Attend meetings with sales and service Team, respond as a solution expert.
• Put together business cases for the sales team to support their proposals.
• Plan, configure, and deliver tailored product demonstrations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to the customers
• Work closely and collaboratively with customers to design effective solutions. Ensure that the company’s solutions can meet the customers’ requirements.
• Reply to customers’ requests for information and proposal requests.
• Prepare the prototype and present the solution based upon the customer’s requirements.
• Work closely with the service team to prepare project detail scope and pricing.
• Join the sales team to present the proposals to customers.
• Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with delivery capabilities.
• Respond to RFI/RFP documents, create solution proposals, and assist in the creation of Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Analyze business needs and recommend best-fit modules and customizations to support client goals.
• Stay up to date with new features, industry trends, and best practices related to Business Central and relevant verticals (e.g., retail, manufacturing, finance, distribution).
• Support customer workshops and discovery sessions to gather business and technical requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, information technology, business or sales, and marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a presales role for ERP systems, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong knowledge of multiple Business Central modules (e.g., Financial Management, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Projects).
• Solid hands-on experience with ERP implementation processes and methodologies.
• Proven experiences in and strong knowledge of various business industries (trading, manufacturing, retail, professional services, etc.)
• Ability to deliver live and remote product demonstrations confidently to a wide range of audiences (technical and non-technical).
• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Goof personality, service mind, ability to work with minor supervision, responsible, and self-disciplined
• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English is a plus
