- Lead and manage the Implementation Department, ensuring successful delivery of Microsoft 365 Business Central projects.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to build and scale the implementation team, aligning with company growth objectives.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Establish structured onboarding and training programs to enable team members to independently implement Business Central projects.
- Oversee and review implementation projects to ensure alignment with best practices, timelines, and budget.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a deep understanding of all modules within Microsoft 365 Business Central
- Act as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders and key clients.
- Provide insights and solutions based on industry-specific requirements across various sectors (e.g., retail, manufacturing, professional services, wholesale, etc.).
- Continuously monitor industry trends and Microsoft updates to ensure the team’s knowledge remains current and relevant.
- Ensure departmental KPIs and quality standards are consistently met or exceeded
