We are looking for a General Affairs (GA) Officer responsible for managing the clinic room, garden maintenance and medical expense reimbursements to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment for employees.
Key Responsibilities
1. Medical Room Management
• Ensure the availability and proper maintenance of medical supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with the company nurse (if available) or external medical providers for employee healthcare services.
• Maintain records of medical room usage and prepare reports according to company policies.
• Provide first aid assistance for employees in case of accidents or illnesses at work.
2. Medical Expense Reimbursement (Employee Benefits)
• Verify and process employee medical reimbursement requests to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Liaise with insurance providers or the finance department for claim processing.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding medical benefits and reimbursement procedures.
• Prepare reports on medical expense usage and employee benefit trend
3. Uniform and locker
• To handle locker cabinet for employee.
4. Garden and Green Area Maintenance
• Supervise and coordinate with landscaping contractors to maintain the company's green areas.
• Inspect the condition of plants, lawns, and green spaces to ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Propose improvements to enhance the company's landscape aesthetics.
