

1. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
2. Flow Chart Creation & Revision: Develop detailed flow charts to map out production processes and workflows.
3. Work Instruction Creation & Revision: Create clear and comprehensive work instructions for various production tasks.
4. Workstation Design and Improvement: Design ergonomic and efficient workstations to enhance worker productivity and safety.
5. Time Study and Output Observation: Conduct time studies to measure and analyze the time required to complete production tasks.
6. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance OEE, reducing downtime and increasing production efficiency.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
3. Able to use 3D design in Auto CAD is an advantage.
4. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
5. Knowledge or experience in ergonomic workstation design and layout planning.
6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
8. Good English communication skills.
