HR Operation - Compensation & Benefits (Contract 1 year)

- Lead event preparation when required.
- Take the lead in planning and preparing schedules for annual events, ensuring effective team collaboration.
- Coordinate with vendors to organize events and ensure smooth preparation and execution.
- Prepare and distribute content to promote Compensation & Benefits, compliance, training, and onboarding activities.
- Support communication with the core team to facilitate internal announcements.
- Conduct people analytics for employee satisfaction surveys and summarize feedback in statistical formats.
- Maintain consistent communication on policies, processes, and updates to support compliance with labor law requirements.
- Support the preparation and issuance of employee ID cards for new hires and replacements for lost cards.
- Assist in orientation sessions when needed.
- Support other operational tasks as assigned.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- General knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
- Experience in similar roles or related industries is preferred.
- Proficiency in presentation, video editing, and graphic design software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and strong project management capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Employee contract 1 year.
- Working day Monday to Friday (7.30 am. – 16.30 pm.)
