Role Summary: Joining KKP Solution Delivery management Team, you will be one of Delivery Lead who work with business PM, business analysts and application development teams to implement the IT solution aligning with bank strategy and digital roadmap enabling changes for KKP businesses.
As a Delivery Lead, your responsibilities are to keep application development projects, single or multiple projects at the same time, from design to deployment on track and ensure they are completed on time and according to specifications. You will collaborate with the business PM, business analyst, enterprise architect, system analyst and application development team in the scope, budget, timeline and resources planning of the application development projects. Clearly understand business requirements that form solution. Once the guidelines have been established, you monitor project team members and ensure everyone finishes their job duties and moves towards completion. Be ready to resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle. Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. The Delivery Lead must work close to the technology being implemented with recent experience adding value to development and architecture activities.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for managing project development, in multiple methodologies, from initiation to closure and ensure they are completed on time and according to specifications
• Collaborate with the business PM, business analyst, enterprise architect, system analyst and development team in the scope, budget, timeline and resources planning of the application development projects
• Conduct vendor selection deep dive to evaluate and compare between each platform
• Develop project charter and project plan to produce project deliverables
• Oversee and manage the quality of project deliverables, project members interaction, the day to day operational and tactical problem-solving
• Effectively identify, raise, diagnose, and solve for any risks that impact the project throughout project life cycle
• Review high-level deliverables across projects. Manage scope and mitigates risk across projects.
• Develop and deploy communication and facilitate meetings to steer project delivery, increase interaction and adoption of change initiatives
• Manage and ensure stake holders’ satisfaction by prioritizing and managing expectations to successful delivery
• Be able to understand and anticipate business needs, priorities, technology challenge and proposes best fit and optimum solutions
• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
