- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Establish quality goals and metrics to measure performance and drive improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and supply chain to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and develop a team of quality assurance professionals, including training and performance evaluations.
- Analyze data and prepare reports on quality performance for management review.
- Implement and maintain a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and quality control tools.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command in both Thai and English.
- Experience in garment industry will be an advantage.
