1. Work closely with Brand Manager to accomplish mutual business objective.
2. Accomplish marketing objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertising, merchandising, trade promotion program and crm/event
3. Meet marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
4. Initiate and explore business partnership both internal and external of the organization
5. Plan and implement Marketing strategy.
6. Work with CRC Media Buying Team to plan out annual media exposure
7. Work with brand manager to plan and implement annual events/crm
8. Explore and initiate contact with new partners
9. Plan and implement PR strategy
10. Initiate and strengthen professional relationship with media and KOL
11. Identify new channels to promote brand
