Handle secretarial jobs / other tasks as assigned
• Organize internal and external meeting including logistical and substantive preparation.
• Manage all travel schedule and arrangements both International and Domestic.
• Ensure consistent and efficient interaction with other executive assistants across the organization; demonstrate poise and tact under pressure and handle matters with sound judgement and confidentiality.
• Perform any other relevant duties as assigned
• Combine all information and Pre-read and Pre-Screen all information correctness.
• Daily Summarize Emails and Alert for every urgency email needed responses.
• Management information meeting presentation
• Coordination within departments and company.
