• Drive , monitor & evaluate sales team performance by prioritizing & assigning tasks to ensure achievement of sales targets / KPIs
• Supervise & coach sales team members to achieve maximum effectiveness in selling , new user ( customers ) recruitment and building brand loyalty among consumers .
• - Lead & coach sales staff on the aspects of selling techniques and improvise in - store problems .
• Monitor budget utilization to align with business priorities and expected outcomes for all activities within assigned area , and budget plan
• Coordiate with VM to execute & ensure store display meet VM guideline standard to maximize sales and achieve optimum merchandise turn .
• Coordinate with Operation team in order to fix every area of each store perfectly . • Coordinate with Product & Marketing for new product launch / campaign / special promotion .
• Analyzing daily / weekly / monthly sales report and find improvement area of each store • Commission & Incentive report for each sale staff , also planing roster time sheet for sale staff .
