• Initiate sales strategic plan in order to achieve sale budget.
• Forecasting and developing annual sales , projecting expected sales volume and profit for exating and new products , analyzing trends and results , recommending pricing strategiøs , monitoring costs and GP , competition , supply , and demand to determines annual and gross - profit plan .
• Coordinate with Marketing & Product team to develop communication tools , and trade promotion programs to accomplish sale objective
• Conduct training session for product & selling skill to PCs.
• Create an efficiency Commission & Incentive plan to drive sales.
• Regularly doing store observation in order to encourage PCs / front staff and monitoring , solving and Initiating an idea to improve sales .
