Job Purposes
Manage sales support activities and coordination between Sales and various functions (i.e. supply chain, logistics, order management, trade compliance, service etc.) and third party service providers
Set up the store operation long term strategy, monitor the daily operation of the entire store network in a profitable way with the constant will to improve the customer experience.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1/ Coordinate value add activities with support functions such as supply chain, order management, trade compliance, legal, product and customer service, business planning and purchasing
• Order Planning : Coordinate order forecast with sales team
• Place monthly orders
• Follow up shipping schedule and coordinate with shipping team
• New product launch preparation : Gather information about New Products and create a product sheet for resellers and promoters
• Coordinate with Service Center for any ad hoc issue (VIP case, scrapping, RTV product collection)
• Coordinate with Warehouse to verify the integrity of delivery and check for defect product and damage box
2/ Responsible for the sales operational set-up of new customers and channels
• Set-up New Store : Design Planogram, coordinate with contractor for design, material used, Do the set-up of POSM and demo units
• Coordinate with Sales Activation Manager to ensure the promoters have the right information about products, promotions
• Closely monitor low productive stores to increase the overall brand profitability
• Make sure the operational excellence standards are well implemented in stores (VM, planograms, out of stock…)
• Promote and develop the new selling channels (chat & shop, store lives)
3/ Enabler of distributor and dealer CRM and reporting in Thailand
