
To be Assistant Mall General Manager for Lifestyle Mall in order to maximize property income, customer traffic, minimize cost expenditure and therefore maximize profits within company rules & regulations

- Supervise 4 key functions of mall operations including Leasing, Marketing, Admin (LP and M&E),and Finance
- Establish good working relationships with all tenants to quickly & efficiently identify & resolve issues
- Achieve 100% tenant occupancy & support H/O RI team in identifying new potential tenants
- Most effective External Events strategy for incremental sales
- High Customer Service Standards including Toilets, car parking, Customer Service Desk, and overall ambiance of mall
- Promote sales and standard of Food Court
- Ensure all Plaza Health & Safety guidelines are followed to provide a safe environment for customers & staff (“New Normal” standard)
- Identify opportunities to increase property income and customer traffic by seeking new offers of both merchandise and events to fulfill customers’ need
- Support Department Store and all tenants to get high sales and ease of operation under mall standard guideline and procedure
- Utilize mall space, filling un-renew or terminated permanent tenants with temporary tenants
- Coordinate and build good relationship or network with local authority, large businesses and VVIP customers of each store
- Strengthen communication with local customers by using effective channels and marketing media; i.e. facebook, instragram, lines, radios, billboard and other channels
- Ensure all Marketing campaigns are fully implemented & exploited as per company guidelines
- Focus on one card penetration and CRM activities
- Create a 'customer first' service culture through leading by example and exploiting all relevant training opportunities
- Review monthly P&L performance vs. targets & action plan to address any shortfalls
- Ensure all company training programs are fully support to provide managers & staff with development opportunities
- Identify talented individuals with potential for development and provide additional training & responsibility to enhance their abilities & prospects
- Ensure all Store procedures are completed within company audit guidelines
- Monitor local competitor activity and feedback key issues as required
- Improve and drive store traffic from core and reginal catchment and to understand the needs of customer
- Manage relationship with local authorities and other organizations in community in order to create activities and good corporation from any store issues
- Drive Local event from 6 elements (Big Event, Contest, Edutainment, Traditional Activity, BU Promotion, CSR) in order to become center of community
- Build new local businesses or search new opportunity for store and local SMEs
