Head of Enterprise & Education Business

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key enterprise and education B2B projects
• Identify and drive business opportunities with a focus on sustainable growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations)
• Track project milestones, KPIs, budgets, and risk assessments to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Provide strategic insights to support the direction and growth of the B2B division
• Lead and develop a team of 15+ professionals across departments
• Foster a high-performance culture through goal setting, coaching, and empowerment
• Present project updates and business analyses to senior leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus)

• Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B business development, project management, or enterprise sales.
• In-depth understanding of enterprise client needs and solution-based selling
• Proven ability to lead high-impact projects and deliver measurable business results
• Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ people
• Excellent command of both Thai and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in project management tools and pipeline management.
