- July 28, 1978 established The Siam Kubota Diesel Co.,Ltd. To manufacture and sell products under the brand "KUBOTA"  and "TRA CHANG". Later changed its name to The Siam Kubota Industry Co.,Ltd.

- April 7, 2006 established Siam Kubota Leasing Co.,Ltd. to business in hire-purchase for Thai farmers.

- September 21, 2007 established Siam Kubota Tractor Co.,Ltd. to manufacture domestic Tractor.

- August 2, 2010 amalgamated between The Siam Kubota Industry Co.,Ltd. and Siam Kubota Tractor Co.,Ltd. to "SIAM KUBOTA Corporation Co.,Ltd.

The company now has a staff of more than 2,000 employees with all production capacity more than 200,000 units/year in order to meet rapidly increasing market demand in Asia.

Responsibilities
1. Website Management
- Maintain, update, and optimize product information, news, and other website content to ensure accuracy and smooth operation.
- Plan and create content (articles, images, videos) tailored to the target audience.
- Manage landing pages, banners, and promotions on the website.
- Coordinate with web developers to enhance website functionality.
- Utilize CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Shopify) for website management.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console) to monitor website performance.
2. SEO & SEM
- Implement SEO strategies, including On-Page SEO (content optimization, meta tags, URL structuring, internal linking) and Off-Page SEO (backlinks, guest posting).
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (PPC, Display Ads, YouTube Ads).
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to assess performance and adjust strategies.
- Analyze user behavior to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor and update ad campaign performance reports to refine marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm changes and digital marketing trends.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Collaborate with content, web development, and social media teams to ensure campaign effectiveness.
3. Customer Data Management
- Collect and manage customer data from various sources such as websites, apps, social media, and CRM systems.
- Perform data cleansing to eliminate duplicates and errors.
- Segment customers to enable targeted marketing campaigns.
- Analyze customer behavior using CDP dashboards and analytics tools.
- Develop customer journey mapping to understand decision-making touchpoints.
- Integrate CDP with Marketing Automation, CRM, DMP, ERP, and Data Warehouse systems.
- Monitor API connections and system integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
4. Social Monitoring & Social Listening
- Utilize Social Monitoring & Social Listening tools and Track brand mentions, product discussions, and competitor activities across platforms such as Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pantip, and news websites.
- Conduct sentiment analysis to gauge customer perception and identify emerging market trends.
- Analyze data and provide insights for marketing strategy improvements.
- Manage crisis response and customer engagement during negative brand incidents.
- Utilize social listening insights to enhance marketing campaigns and content strategies.
- Identify key influencers (KOLs) for brand collaborations based on social listening analytics.
Recommend engagement strategies aligned with market trends and audience behavior.


Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Digital Marketing, Data Science, IT, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in Martech, Digital Marketing, or Data Analytics.
Proficiency in Martech tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, CDP, and Tag Manager.
Strong skills in Data Analytics and a deep understanding of customer behavior.
Knowledge of SEO, Paid Media, CRM, and AI/ML applications in marketing is a plus.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
TOEIC score 550 or above
