JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for supporting and coordinating HR projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively. They work with HR managers and stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor projects, while also managing project documentation and communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Support: Assist with the planning, implementation, and monitoring of HR projects.
- Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other project-related documents.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Communication: Communicate project updates to stakeholders and ensure timely information sharing.
- Data Management: Maintain HR systems, track project milestones, and manage project data.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address project challenges, ensure projects stay on track, and are aligned with the key objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure HR projects comply with relevant policies and regulations.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and recommend improvements to HR processes and workflows.
- Budget Management: Assist with managing project budgets and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Training: Organize training programs for all employees, focusing on a performance-based approach, prepare learning material, training rooms set-up, and visual aids.
