Responsibilities

1.Welcome members and guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.

2.Assist members and guests with inquiries, golf bookings, and general information regarding club facilities, services, and events.

3.Coordinate with relevant departments (golf operations, spa, F&B, housekeeping, etc.) to deliver seamless service to members and guests.

4.Provide personalized service to VIP members and guests, including guided tours of the golf club and facilities.

5.Handle member requests, service issues, and minor complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction and escalation to assistant manager when necessary.

6.Support administrative tasks within the Membership Relations department, including correspondence and reporting.

Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.

2.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, front office, guest service, or membership relations.

3.Understanding of hospitality and guest service standards, particularly within luxury or golf club environments.

4.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage with members and guests of diverse backgrounds.

5.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience with membership or CRM systems.

6.Ability to handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and diplomacy. Professional grooming and positive attitude.
