Basic Requirements

100,000 - 160,000 baht/month + Commission

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Set sales targets and track performance against goals.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team for better results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers (retailers, wholesalers, distributors).
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to benefit both sides.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to find improvements.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to boost brand visibility.
  • Attend trade events and product demonstrations to drive sales.
  • Work closely with logistics, finance, and product teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or strong sales background.
  • Age between 30–40 years old.
  • 5–10 years of experience in sales channel management, especially in traditional trade.
  • Proven sales experience in consumer durable goods (e.g., power tools, hand tools, home appliances).
  • Strong knowledge of traditional retail markets and distribution networks.
  • Adequate English communication skills (does not need to be native, but able to communicate effectively).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
