• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail solutions.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior management.
• Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and implementation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and solution alignment.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Represent the company at industry events, webinars, etc. as needed.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience in ERP solutions, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail.
• Proven leadership experience managing a sales team of 2–5 people.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail’s products, solution selling, and ERP market dynamics.
• Proficient in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven with a high level of initiative and a strategic mindset.
