Account Receivable
บริษัท จัดหางานอเด็คโก้ พหลโยธิน จำกัด / บริษัท จัดหางาน อเด็คโก้ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด- Perform accounts receivable billing and process incoming receipts according to company policies.
- Reconcile the AR ledger to ensure all receipts are properly accounted for, posted, and reconciled against bank statements.
- Closely monitor and collaborate with Sales colleagues and customers to manage incoming collections and overdue receivables.
- Investigate and respond to customer queries regarding billing discrepancies.
- Ensure timely month-end closing for Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare and maintain required supporting documentation and filings.
- Ensure compliance with SOX and statutory requirements.
- Assist with SOX and statutory audit requests, specifically those related to invoicing and balance confirmations.
- Review and update payment terms in alignment with company policy/DOA and external data (e.g., D&B reports).
- Review and release blocked orders according to the defined credit and risk policy.
- Review and closely follow up with Sales colleagues and Distributors on sales commission accruals and payments.
- Review and verify employee travel and expense claims.
- Ensure all T&E submissions comply with company policies and accounting standards.
- Maintain proper documentation for T&E in accordance with company policies.
- Support internal and external audits related to both AR and T&E.
- Support other assigned projects and duties within the Shared Service Centre Finance department.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- At least 7 years working experience in account receivable , prefer in industrial equipment or machinery industry
- Experience with SOX compliance and statutory audit requirements
- Knowledge of travel and expense claim verification processes
