- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifi cations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their team’s needs.
- Enhance employer branding through social media, career fairs, and partnerships.
- Stay up to date on industry hiring trends and best practices.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
